Bread Machine - Cheddar Beer Bread

Is there a cheese lover who doesn't enjoy the combination of cheese and beer?  What a perfect loaf!  Measure beer without the foam.

1.5 Pound (750 g) LOAF:

1 1/4 cups beer  (at room temperature) (300 mL)
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups Bread flour (750 mL)
1/3 cup buttermilk powder (75 mL) sold at bulk stores
1/2 cup shredded old Cheddar cheese (125 mL)
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast or instant yeast

2 Pound (2 KG) LOAF:

1 1/2 cups beer  (at room temperature) (375 mL)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
3 1/2 cups bread flour (950 mL)
1/2 cup buttermilk powder (125 mL)
3/4 cup shredded old Cheddar cheese (175 mL)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 mL)
1 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast or instant yeast

Measure ingredients in order given.

Select:  SWEET CYCLE.

TIP:  Add 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder to sharpen the cheese flavor.

VARIATION:  Replace beer with an equal amount of water or "lite" beer.  I used a non- alcoholic beer.
