Chicken Kabobs, Middle East Style

3 whole chicken breasts
1/4 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 cherry tomatoes
12 pickled onions
Chopped fresh mint or parsley

Remove the skin and bones from chicken breasts and cut them into thin 1 inch squares.  Mix yogurt, seasonings and lemon juice.  Marinate chicken in mixture for 1 hour; drain.

Using 6 skewers, thread 1 piece of chicken, 1 tomato, 1 chicken piece, 1 onion, and repeat, ending with a piece of chicken.
Grill 6 inches above heat for 10 minutes, turning skewers frequently to cook all sides.  Serve sprinkled with mint or parsley.  Serves 6.
