Hello everyone,
I am a Ukrainian-American living in Texas after living most of my life in Chicago. I miss the Ukrainian cooking that I grew up with in Chicago(St. Nick's) and want to cook some of the dishes that I remember my Mom made so well. After looking at this website, I'm sure that I will be able to. Mmmmmmmm, Borsch, Holubchy, Perohi, Studenetz, Pompushky how I've missed them! My dilema is where should I begin. Thank you Olga for hosting such a website. I will try to contribute as I can.
