Hi

I enjoy all kinds of food- not real wild about raw- like fish etc.  Prefer my food cooked.  Love recipes
with a lot of flavor.  Flavor is essential.  Bland is not good to me.  

I have hundreds of cookbooks but enjoy interactive talk with other people about the topic of food and cooking.
I have read so many articles and tried so many things by cooking indoors and cooking outdoors over an open fire as grilling and smoking.

I am a resident of The United States of America.  My grandparents and parents were European- Mother Lithuanian and Fathers side was German and Irish.  They had several friends from Ukrainian so many of the recipes I have tasted as a child.  

Looking for restaurant recipes.  Tried and True recipes.  Heritage recipes (family pass down's)
