Hello All,
 And Merry Christmas.  My name is Gordon Sawchuk, I'm 36, and live in Grande Prairie, AB.  I just found this site and love it.  I enjoy cooking, and yesterday(Christmas Eve 2009), I baked a Kolach, following one of the recipes on this site.  It was my first attempt at baking any type of bread, and it received rave reviews.  I am posting a picture of the finished product.  I look forward to further exploring this site and trying out different recipes.  Thank you for this site!!
